Tambuwal Felicitates Muslims on Eid al-Adha
Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has extended heartfelt greetings to Muslims across Nigeria and beyond as they celebrate the sacred occasion of Eid al-Adha.
In a message posted on his official X handle, the former Governor of Sokoto State described Eid al-Adha as “a time of deep reflection, sacrifice, compassion, and unwavering faith.”
He emphasised that the festival reminds the faithful of the values of obedience to Allah (SWT), the importance of selflessness, and the need to uplift the less privileged in society.
“May this Sallah bring peace to our homes, strengthen the bonds of unity in our nation, and inspire us to renew our commitment to justice, equity, and service to humanity,” he wrote.
Tambuwal also urged Nigerians to celebrate in moderation, share with their neighbours, and continue to pray for enduring peace and prosperity in the country.
