Politician condemns Prof Mgbeke’s smear campaign against Sen Akpoti-Uduagha, questions her integrity

A politician, Mohammed Abdullahi, has blasted the latest smear campaign against Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, describing it as the handiwork of a known fraudster, fugitive, and political hireling masquerading on social media as “Prof Mgbeke.”

Abdullahi called the so-called professor a chronic liar, professional blackmailer, and serial con artist whose stock-in-trade is extortion, impersonation, and character assassination.

“This traitor, this disgrace to womanhood who now hides under the fake name Prof Mgbeke, is nothing but a desperate internet crook,” Abdullahi fumed. “She has no integrity, no honour, no credibility. Her filthy hands have been caught in too many cookie jars. Her cowardly attack on Senator Natasha is not just baseless—it is the desperate gasp of a drowning criminal.”

Over the years, Prof Mgbeke has earned a notorious reputation as a political mercenary for hire an internet hitwoman routinely deployed to smear opponents. Now, she has allegedly been recruited by Senate President Godswill Akpabio to wage a vile campaign of blackmail and slander against Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan. Prof Mgbeke thrives on manufacturing lies, dragging reputable individuals through the mud in a desperate bid to extort and intimidate. Her toxic antics are well known to security agencies, and she fled the country to evade multiple fraud charges still pending in Imo State.

“It is disgusting to even acknowledge her fake academic title,” Abdullahi continued. “This is a woman who should be behind bars, not behind a keyboard. She is not a professor of anything—unless manipulation, deceit, and betrayal now count as disciplines. Her very existence online is a threat to decency.”

He stated that Prof Mgbeke’s disgraceful online trail is littered with outrageous falsehoods and malicious fabrications, revealing a dangerous obsession with destroying reputations just to remain relevant.

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, on the other hand, remains a shining light in Nigeria’s democracy—a tireless advocate for justice, equity, and development.
