The president’s spokesperson, Femi Adesina, warned in a statement that Nigerians should refrain from actions that would jeopardize the country’s security.
Even though he only has a few months left in office, the president added, he will continue to be consistent in his pursuit of proper security.
In his final four months as president, he declared, “I will remain steadfast and I hope that I will retire in peace.”
