Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal Celebrates Alhaji Aliko Dangote At 68

Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has extended warm felicitations to Africa’s foremost industrialist, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, GCON, on the occasion of his 68th birthday.

In a statement posted on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, Senator Tambuwal described Dangote as “a towering figure in African enterprise and leadership,” whose impact transcends the borders of Nigeria and continues to serve as a source of inspiration across the continent.

He praised Dangote’s enduring legacy in job creation, industrial development, and philanthropy, noting that his contributions go beyond cement and commodities to the transformation of lives and communities. “His inspiring journey from modest beginnings to becoming Africa’s richest man is a powerful testament to the virtues of hard work, discipline, and unwavering determination,” the statement read.

Senator Tambuwal also highlighted the industrialist’s influence as reaffirmed by the Forbes 2024 list, which ranked him once again as the richest person in Africa, stating that the achievement reflects both Dangote’s unmatched business acumen and his commitment to Africa’s growth.
