Nigerians Will Soon Be Arrested For Speaking Igbo — Eedris Abdulkareem
President Muhammadu Buhari’s government will soon begin arresting Nigerians for speaking Igbo, according to Nigerian music icon Eedris Abdulkareem.
Eedris said this in response to veteran Nollywood actor Chiwetalu Agu’s incarceration.
The Nigerian Army arrested Chiwetalu Agu on Thursday for donning Biafra regalia, according to NEWS DIRECT.
He was arrested for instigating members of the public and soliciting support for IPOB, according to the Nigerian Army.
Abdulkareem said Agu deserved to be honored in the East for his daring act in an Instagram post.
