Photos Of Apartment Where Super TV CEO, Usifo Ataga Was Killed, Surfaces Online

New details and images have emerged from a Short Service Apartment where Chidinma Ojukwu, a 21-year-old University of Lagos student, allegedly stabbed Super TV’s Chief Executive Officer, Usifo Ataga, to death.

The 300-level Mass Communication student revealed she had been in a love connection with Ataga for almost four months before the heinous occurrence at No 19, Adewale Oshin Street, Lekki, Phase 1, Lagos State, according to NEWS DIRECT.

Last Wednesday, the suspect was apprehended at her home on No. 57, Akinwunmi Street, Alagomeji, Yaba, and paraded on Thursday before the command headquarters in Lagos’ Ikeja neighborhood.

The UNILAG student admitted to stabbing 50-year-old Ataga to death on June 15, 2021 when she was paraded.

Ojukwu also claimed that she and Ataga were “having fun” when they got into a dispute and she stabbed him twice before withdrawing N380,000 from his account using his ATM card.

The suspect, who had fled the scene, was apprehended at her father’s home in the state’s Yaba area.

“Complimentary cards, Access Bank Statement of Account, one Nigerian Passport with No.B50010434 belonging to the suspect, one fake Drivers license bearing Mary Johnson with the suspect’s photograph, one National Identification Card bearing the suspect’s name, one UBA ATM debit card bearing the suspect’s name, and one University of Lagos ID card bearing the suspect’s name were among the items recovered from the suspect,” according to the police.

Meanwhile, the deceased’s family has requested that the murder be thoroughly investigated and that they be left alone to mourn their beloved son, husband, father, and brother.

Hakeem Odumosu, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, stated that “the case will be charged to court as soon as the inquiry is completed.”
