Osinbajo Should Replace Buhari In 2023 Because He’s A Man Of God — Rep
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, according to Hafizu Kawu, a legislator representing Kano’s Tarauni federal district, is a “natural successor” to President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023 because he is “a man of God.”
“His vision in a variety of areas will benefit Nigeria. “I believe he is a logical successor to President Muhammadu Buhari because he is faithful, detribalized, and a man of God,” Mr Kawu said during a news conference in Kano on Monday.
Mr. Osinbajo is a pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and is widely regarded as a stooge of APC national leader Bola Tinubu, who is also running for president.
The federal legislator urged Mr. Osinbajo to run for president in 2023, claiming that doing so would solidify Mr. Buhari’s achievements.
“Osinbajo is a saleable candidate for the party whose antecedents, experience, honesty, capacity and capability speak volumes,” explained the lawmaker. “As a close ally and former aide of the vice president, I chose to make this briefing without his consent. Yet I am doing it due to Osinbajo’s impressive vision for the country.”
Further underscoring the vice president as a bona fide presidential candidate, Mr Kawu disclosed that he worked with “him from 2015 to 2019. I know him personally, and I also know his capabilities and potentials.”

In addition, he stated that, if granted the mandate to rule Nigeria, Mr. Osinbajo will ensure, among other things, that the rule of law be established throughout the country, according to his legal expertise.
With Messrs. Osinbajo and Buhari in charge of Nigeria’s affairs, many Nigerians have accused the administration of a lack of respect for human rights.
Mr Kawu, who praised the president for launching development projects in Nigeria, stated that if Mr Osinbajo is given the mandate, he will complete all ongoing projects and launch new ones.
Mr Buhari’s management of the country’s deteriorating security was also complimented by the legislator.
“This administration scores very high in its fight against the insurgents, reclaiming our territories and reducing bombings nationwide. It has redeemed the hope of Nigerians,” added the lawmaker.
