JUST IN: Bruno Fernandes Suspended After Loss To Bournemouth

Manchester United will be without their captain, Bruno Fernandes, in their upcoming Premier League match against Liverpool.

Fernandes incurred his fifth yellow card of the season during the team’s 3-0 loss to Bournemouth on Saturday, resulting in an automatic one-match suspension for the Portuguese midfielder.

Bournemouth took an early lead in the fifth minute with a goal from Dominic Solanke. The hosts secured three points with two more goals in the second half, courtesy of Philip Billing and Marcos Senesi.

The defeat leaves Manchester United in sixth place with a total of 27 points in the Premier League standings.
