I’m Back To Develop Nigeria’s Democracy, Economy — Tinubu

His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, returned to Nigeria on Friday, October 8, landing in Lagos. He arrived from the United Kingdom’s capital, London.

During his journey abroad, he had surgery on his right knee and had to undergo extensive post-surgical physiotherapy.

He has not undergone any more surgical procedures and has no plans to do so in the future, contrary to false rumors.

His recovery has gone smoothly and ahead of plan, according to the attending surgeon.

He has fully recovered from his knee surgery and is ready to contribute his small part to promoting the cause of progressive democratic good government across our dear country.

First and foremost, Asiwaju would like to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for paying him a visit in London and expressing his best wishes for a quick recovery from his knee surgery.

He expresses gratitude to Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila, governors, party leaders, members of the House of Representatives Northern Caucus, members of the Lagos State House of Assembly, and many more who visited him in London to wish him well.

He also remembers those who want to visit him but were unable to do so, as well as his many friends, acquaintances, supporters, and well-wishers who have joined him in prayer and supplication to Allah.

Asiwaju Tinubu expresses his gratitude to all of you.
