[BREAKING] Yoruba Nation: Gridlock As Policemen Search Vehicles At Berger, Ketu

Security officers stopped passenger vehicles on the Berger axis of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in pursuit of Yoruba Nation agitators, causing delays for commuters.

Our correspondent, who was driving down the road, saw that there was traffic coming in from Lagos, which caused a 15-minute wait.

The freeway was also barricaded by security personnel, limiting the amount of vehicles that could enter Lagos.

The number of vehicles allowed to enter Lagos State from Ogun State was cut from four to two.

Security officers also searched vehicles in Ketu, near the Gani Fawehinmi Park.

They also blocked access routes to the protest site and stationed cars in strategic positions.

During the search at Ketu, one of the officers inquired if there were any posters or banners in the truck.

Before diverting the car to another route, some passengers were examined and asked if they had any weapons on them.

Some passengers were asked where they were coming from and going to at both sites.
