The Plateau State National and Houses of Assembly, Election Petition Tribunal, has sacked member representing Pengana Constituency at the Plateau State House of Assembly.
Hon. Akawu was declared winner under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
The tribunal further returned former speaker of the House, Yakubu Sanda, of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
