BREAKING: Police Gives Important Update On Mohbad’s Case, 26 Persons Identified
The Lagos State Police Command has provided vital update on the case concerning the late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad.
Mohbad’s death has been a subject of serious controversy given the manner in which he died and the secrecy surrounding his sudden death. Since the incident occurred on September 12, 2023, many Nigerians who were saddened by his abrupt and suspicious death have been demanding justice for him prompting the authorities to wade in to investigate the incident.
Speaking on the issue, the Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, on Friday gave an update into the ongoing investigation of late singer.
Owohunwa revealed that the police had identified a total of 26 persons who are witnesses in the case. The CP stated this while giving an update on the singer’s death. He also disclosed that five suspects have been interrogated.
“So far 26 witnesses have been identified in the ongoing investigation of Mohbad.
“Five suspects have so far been interrogated in relation to the ongoing investigation,” he said.

While an autopsy on Mohbad’s body had been carried out, the result is yet to be made public even as many Nigerians look up to the police and other authorities to do justice in the case to prove they really care for the common man.
