BREAKING: N35m Recovered From Robbers Who Raided Edo Banks

A total of N35 million has been recovered one day after armed robbers invaded four banks in Uromi, the capital of Edo State’s Esan North-East Local Government Area, carrying away large sums of money in bags.

Bello Kotongs, Police Public relations Officer in Edo, confirmed this to Daily Trust on Friday night.

He said the money was currently in custody of the police.

It reported how the armed gang broke into Zenith, UBA, First and Union Banks in the community, gunning down seven person, including two security personnel.
