As he prepares to run for President of Nigeria in 2023, Ekiti Governor Kayode Fayemi is continuing his visits to APC leaders.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, the governor provided an update.
On Tuesday, Fayemi met with Kano Governor Abdullahi Ganduje and Nasarawa Governor Abdullahi Sule, according to his announcement.
The meetings were “for further talks surrounding the APC Presidential Primary poll,” according to the Ekiti helmsman.
Senator George Akume, former Governor of Benue and Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, was also introduced to Fayemi.
“The meetings provided an avenue to listen to and exchange ideas on the best approaches to advance the frontiers of the national agenda”, he noted.

Fayemi added that they also discussed ways to re-engineer Nigeria’s governance system and its responsive capacity to issues of national co-existence.
